MPC offers both standardized and bespoke training programs for financial advisors, product specialists, relationship managers, and other senior-level financial professionals.

Analyst & Associate Training –

Comprehensive training is critical at the entry level.  We structure many programs for new professionals in various business and product groups.  Our workshops reinforce how fundamental principles are applied in actual situations.

Learning content can be quickly and efficiently adopted and developed for both distance learning and traditional classroom applications.

Knowledge assessment services

Training often begins and ends with testing.  MPC can be engaged to develop and implement performance measurement and assessment tools for our clients to ensure that they hire and retain the right people for the right jobs.  Reinforcement of material and pre-testing can be incorporated into any program.  Test subject matter include: (1) Pre-test / assessment – determines appropriate level for coursework; (2) End of seminar testing – can be immediately following course or in few weeks after; and (3) Group presentations – can be used to evaluate course material absorption
